Job Description

- 採用戦略立案への関与と選考プロセスの推進

- PdMなどのステークホルダーと協力し、ロードマップに沿った各プロジェクトの推進とアサインメント

- 開発組織文化の醸成に向けた施策の立案

The Successful Applicant

  • Web アプリ開発経験
  • ウォーターフォール／アジャイル／スクラムなどを用いた開発プロセス設計・運用経験
  • クラウドでのサービス設計・運用経験
  • 日本語：ネイティブレベル
