  • チームが直面するチーム内外の課題の把握と解決
  • チームが担当する施策のプロジェクトマネジメント
  • エンジニアの目標設定と評価、メンタリングやコーチングを通した育成
  • 生産性向上とリスク軽減のためのモダン化を組織・エンジニアリングの両面から推進
  • エンジニアの採用に関する貢献

  • エンジニアチームを牽引してプロダクト開発をリードした経験
  • メンバーのエンジニアのキャリア形成に対して 1on1 や評価などを通じて 支援した経験
  • 言語問わずフレームワークを使った Web アプリケーション開発・運用経験
