職務内容

  • Design, develop, and improve full‑stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, UNIX environments, and relational databases
  • Deliver robust, scalable solutions that meet performance, security, and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with product managers, BA/PM teams, front/middle/back office users, and global engineering groups
  • Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices
  • Java、Spring Boot、UNIX環境、データベースを用いたアプリケーションの設計・開発・改善
  • フロント〜バックオフィス、PM/BA、グローバル開発チームとの協働による要件調整・実装・品質改善

  • Strong development experience within the financial industry
  • Hands‑on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, UNIX/Linux, SQL databases, REST API, Microservices
  • Full‑stack capability with understanding of frontend-to-backend integration
  • Experience in dynamic environments using agile or waterfall methodologies
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
