Job Description

  • Lead local total reward strategies, aligning with global objectives
  • Drive change management and transformation projects
  • Manage Workday payroll system for Japan operations
  • Collaborate with global teams to harmonize reward practices
  • Influence and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders



The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with a focus on total rewards
  • Strong project management and change leadership skills
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Global mindset and ability to work in a complex, multicultural environment
  • Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Workday)
  • Ability to navigate challenging data collection processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
