Job Description

  • ソフトウェア開発ライフサイクル全体を担当
  • リテール業界向けの技術ソリューションを設計・実装
  • チームメンバーと協力し、コードのレビューや最適化を行う
  • 新しい技術やトレンドを追求し、プロジェクトに適用
  • システムの保守やトラブルシューティング
  • プロジェクトマネージャーと連携し、納期を遵守
  • 技術文書の作成および更新
  • 社内外のステークホルダーと効果的にコミュニケーションを取る
  • Manage the entire software development lifecycle
  • Design and implement technical solutions for the retail industry
  • Collaborate with team members to review and optimize code
  • Pursue new technologies and trends and apply them to projects
  • Perform system maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Work with project managers to ensure deadlines are met
  • Create and update technical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学位
  • ソフトウェア開発における実務経験（Java、Python、C++、JavaScript、C#、、Ruby、Go、PHP、Swift、Kotlinのいずれかのプログラミングスキル）
  • プロジェクトマネジメントの経験
  • 自ら行動する成長威力のある方
  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Practical experience in software development (programming skills in Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, C#, Ruby, Go, PHP, Swift, or Kotlin)
  • Experience in project management
  • Self-motivated individuals with strong growth potential
