About Our Client

The Client is a fast-growing asset management company originated from the US.

Job Description

  • Liaising with external recruiters and candidates directly on logistics, including
  • Interview scheduling
  • Maintain candidate data in the Firm's applicant tracking system including resumes,
  • Interview notes and candidate status
  • Travel planning for team members as well as candidates
  • Capture and submit expenses in the Firm's expense reporting system

The Successful Applicant

  • Up to 4 years administrative or recruiting experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
  • Fluent in both English and Japanese
