Job Description

  • リテールシステムおよびPOS周辺機器の保守、障害対応、分析、ならびにサポート1次受けベンダーとの調整
  • 店舗スタッフのシステムアカウント管理および販売システムの課題ヒアリングと調整
  • 新規店舗展開時のキッティング、導入サポートおよび店舗在庫棚卸オペレーションのサポート
  • リテールシステム全般のマニュアル作成とトレーニング、ならびにリテールシステム関連プロジェクトへの参画
