Job Description
- Perform on-site installation, servicing and repair of laser-related products
- Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the systems
- Serves as the technical contact regarding customer troubleshooting
- Create reports/quotations/etc regarding completed on-site service
The Successful Applicant
MUST:
- Engineering or Science-related background
- Experience in field Service engineering
- Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Laser-related experience
- Beginner English or higher
