Job Description
REPORTING STRUCTURE
⚫ Head of Sales
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
⚫ Set up and manage sell-in and sell-out target and manage sell-in processes to achieve such targets
⚫ Maintain good communication and enhance relationship with department stores/headquarters
⚫ Negotiate new counter openings, existing counter renewals and trade condition with department stores/headquarters
⚫ Consolidate sales results/analysis and identify issues base on them. Propose, implement and manage countermeasures for such issues within expense budget
⚫ Draw up, manage and follow-up action plans for each counter
⚫ Support BC recruitment and transfer in line with business needs
⚫ Manage, coach and motivate Field Trainers and BCs
⚫ Timely report and raise issues department store-related problems
⚫ Report sales results monthly/weekly to Management
⚫ Conduct, report and share competitor analysis
⚫ Manage sales-related expenditures
⚫ Propose trade-marketing plans to department stores/ headquarters
⚫ Ad-hoc tasks and assignment directed by managers and GM

REQUIREMENTS
Must have experience: Someone with "Cometics Sales/Retail Management" experiences.
