As a Junior Administrative Assistant/Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring smooth operations within our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for contributing to the business.
This position will be the first point of contact supporting potential and existing clients in their day-to-day trading activities. This position will become familiar with the company's processes, products, and sales techniques per region. This is an integral position that will play a key role in the company's client acquisition and retention strategy.
You will be responsible for general operation of Japan office by providing administrative support to all departments and team members. At the same time, you will support the President in overseeing and managing the varied activities of the company.
As an Administrative Assistant you will be have an important role in operations. This position involves managing schedules, arranging travel , document preparations etc.
You will be supporting and reporting directly to the CEO. You will have a chance to work in an international environment for a European-based luxury brand.
