- Managing Retail operation- Reporting to Regional GM
Lead the development and management of retail and wholesale channels, ensuring growth, profitability, and strong relationships with partners. Drive sales strategy, store development, and wholesale client relationships for a globally recognized brand.
Lead and manage the development of retail stores and activations in a designated region within Japan, focusing on team-building, sales goals, operational efficiency, and brand alignment.
- Managing existing relationship with wholesalers in Japan (Isetan, Parigot, Tomorrow Land..etc.)- Working on negotiation and opening their first flagship store

- Leading the organisation in Japan, reporting directly to HQ- To raised brand awareness from both B2B and B2B2C stand- point
- Opportunity to be a change factor in the current organisation- Working directly with the Country Manager and APAC President, leading the Merchandising, EC and Retail function to create a new Omi- channel strategy for Japan
The role as an Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the brand's international presence. This person will be also becoming the primary point of contact for the accounts in APAC.
Achieve sales targets within assigned wholesale accounts, fostering growth and profitability by strengthening relationships with key retailers.
