This role will cover the Total Rewards function at this e-commerce company. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day Total Rewards support to internal clients, including job evaluations, salary benchmarking and dealing with ad hoc Total Rewards tasks.
Responsible for planning and execute all C&B programs and work rules aligning with global policy and local labor law, managing the payroll / social insurance matters, overseeing the company-wide labor costs and headcounts, and HR systems.
Lead the C&B team consisting of four members. Responsible for ensuring fair and accurate compensation, including regular salaries, bonuses, stock options, pensions, and any additional types of employee benefits.
