The role will focus on all aspects of Outbound Logistics of chemicals and customer service management from the beginning that the order is placed to the delivery of material. You will be expected to continuously review, optimise and improve the outbound logistics processes and maximise customer service satisfaction. The role will have aspects of customer service but the majority of the responsibilities will focus on logistics.

This role will place you in the midst of a rebranding & CMS migration project- it will be a mix of hands-on web editing, assembling new website features and coordinating with stakeholders the final touches ahead of website rollouts. You will work closely with the Japan Marketing & Business teams and also with other website editors based in other countries office.
