Job Description

  • Create and manage schedules, handling overtime and under time efficiently
  • Support achieving service level and efficiency targets through workforce management
  • Monitor service level, provide real-time suggestions, and work closely with team leaders

The Successful Applicant

  • Fluent in both English and Japanese
  • 2 years experience in call center relevant industry
  • Understand the intricacies of forecasting and knows how to build a robust plan
  • Proactive and self-motivated
