Job Description

  • Manage product returns and repair intake, performing basic functional and software checks.
  • Operate daily logistics tasks, including inbound processing, outbound shipments, and FIFO‑based inventory control.
  • Monitor stock levels and raise alerts on shortages, overages, and product obsolescence risks.
  • Create and maintain aftersales and logistics reports to ensure full product traceability.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners and support RFID tracking processes across regional teams.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Japan and overseas to ensure smooth aftersales and operational workflows.



The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate brings strong hands‑on ability with precision devices, solid Excel skills for data management, and the capacity to communicate clearly in both Japanese and English. They are curious about wearable technology, comfortable working with hardware and software, and able to operate in a fast‑paced logistics and aftersales environment. Personally, they are detail‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative-someone who enjoys problem‑solving, learning new tools, and working closely with cross‑functional teams.
