A global fashion retail company is creating a new digital and E-Commerce culture. It's looking for an VP of E-Commerce to lead its recently formed Digital Division to put its E-Commerce platforms as one of the key earners in Japan.
職務内容
This successful candidate will lead 4 teams all specialized in different aspects of E-Commerce, and work alongside internal stakeholders to create strategies and projects to further the brand recognition and profitability.This brand is embracing the E-Commerce and digital culture, making it an essential role within the company, rather than letting it be a support or back up system.
理想の人材
The requirements for a successful candidate are:
- At LEAST 10 years of E-Commerce experience, ranging from marketing, merchandising, and project and business management
- The candidate should also have at LEAST 3 years of team management and leadership experience
- Experience in cross organizational management
- Experience in EC platform replacement with global platform
- Experience in EC technical skillsets such as analysis, quantitative data, EC network and security
- Retail experience in operational procedures involving fulfillment, margins, pricing, and products
- Business level English and Japanese
条件・待遇
Benefits:
- 20,000,000-22,000,000 yen base salary, plus 10% target bonus
- Clothing, retirement, office allowance
- Flex time (8am-10pm), WFH compatible (has to come into office at least 8 days a month)
