Job Description



  • Project Planning & Execution: Oversee project preparation, scheduling, budgeting, sales order validation, and kick-off meetings while ensuring compliance with company policies and client satisfaction.


  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Manage the Convergint Project Team and subcontractors; coordinate with clients and third parties, leading site meetings and maintaining thorough documentation.


  • Installation & Handover: Supervise security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming; conduct internal and client handovers and provide on-site training upon project completion.


  • Risk Management & Technical Support: Address risks and crises, support sales and functional teams with technical expertise, and stay updated on security products and solutions.



The Successful Applicant



  • Core Skills & Experience: Project management experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a customer service-oriented approach.


  • Technical Expertise: Basic IT knowledge (hardware, networks, database setup) and knowledge of network/low-voltage systems and Lenel, Cisco, or S2 systems is a plus.


  • Industry Background: Prior experience in security, structured cabling, construction, architecture, AV/ELV, or electronic system project implementation and commissioning is advantageous.


  • Language & Flexibility: N2-level proficiency in Japanese is required, with conversational English as a plus.
