Job Description
- Training team management: set up/ adjust strategies for different business stage and recruiting/ manage/ coach team members to enhance their training capability.
- Training tools managemenet: manage training E-learning system for content and user operation.
- Training Managemenet: training analysis, method design, materials development, execution and evaluate.
The Successful Applicant
Good at training, 3-5 years experience in training (retailer stores)
Experienced with training operation system set up (from 0 to 1)
Experienced with training project management
Experienced with team management
Advanced user with deep understanding of Excel and PPT
Strong written and oral interpersonal skills with the ability to present to Executive team
