Job Description

  • Expand sales and market share within Tokyo's on-premise scenes, such as bars, restaurants, clubs, and entertainment venues.
  • Identify business opportunities and capture timely trends in the designated area.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key industry figures and stakeholders.
  • Provide consultative sales strategies to maximize revenue and add value for clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market initiatives to stay ahead.
  • Manage promotional materials, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Deliver and uphold the brand's premium image and conveycompany's culture in all interactions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Street-Smart and Self-Aware: Understands the on-premise market and can adapt communication, presentation, and professional demeanor according to the audience and scene.
  • Driven and Independent: Thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment with strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Communicator and Negotiator: Demonstrates active listening, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key industry figures in Japan Market.
  • Japanese Speaking skills in fluent level
