Job Description

  1. Overall manage and develop the Global People Services Total Rewards team located in Japan.
  2. Lead team to deliver the Total Rewards operational support including but not limited to employee benefits, mobility, pension plan, retirement etc.
  3. Being subject matter expert for Total Rewards programs and policies.
  4. Manage the team to provide professional HR advisory and operational support to employees, managers and HRBPs, such as respond to policy enquires, support on allowance administration etc.
  5. Ensure all services and processes are delivered in line with policies and relevant legislation.
  6. Oversee, review and continuously improve processes within the organization while promoting quality, compliance management, and process improvements using the "Carrier Excellence" tools and guidance.
  7. Maximize tools and technology to positively impact team efficiency and customer service - including proactive use of case management to drive proactive actions regarding service delivery.
  8. Maintains strong internal and external customer relationships within all organization levels.
  9. Lead / monitor complex cases / requests to ensure timely & accurately operational delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  1. Bachelor Degree or above.
  2. 6+ years working experience in related HR fields, including 3+ years in leadership role. Experience in total rewards/payroll will be must.
  3. Good English skills in verbal and written communication.
  4. Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  5. Abilities to influence, motivate, and enable others to contribute toward the effectiveness and success of organization.
  6. Abilities (such as logical thinking, analytical ability) required to find solutions to difficult or complex issues.
  7. Customer focus mindset.
  8. Strong planning & organizing ability.

Understanding of HR policies. Understanding of Japan local regulation will be preferred.
