Standalone in Tokyo Office
Manage the service contract renewal business for Japan in cooperation with the Japan service sales team, the partner management team, and local partners.
Oversee the work of a small team of outsource service renewal sales people and renewal .
Generate sales quotations for key customers using contract data and feedback from the service sales process.
Take ownership of basic, day-to-day communications with partners to complete the renewal sales process.
Ensure pricing and discount information is correct, complete, and continuously maintained.
Update and refresh customer and partner and installed base data as required.
Make recommendations on changes to global operational and quotation processes and implement local changes where needed.
Marketing experience in IT Industry
Contract validation and management experience
CRM Tool Management (SAP, SFDC, etc)
Data Management: excel, CRM, etc
Japanese and English: Business Level
Communication: this person needs to aggressively have communication with sales team & partner
Duration: at least 12 months
Holiday -`Saturday, Sunday and Holidays
