Job Description

  • Troubleshooting SW/HW issues via phone, email
  • Provide guidance for Tier 1 team
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 team on collecting new issues info and the voice from customers
  • Provide ad-hoc feedback of trends

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience of technical support(HW/SW)
  • B2B support experience
  • Japanese(Fluent) & English(business)
  • Knowledge of common IT technology/hardware/support ticketing systems (highly preferred)
