Job Description

  • Having full understanding of our customers' business and needs with my knowledge of products, to support those customers to have better understanding of our software and to meet their business requirements
  • Being flexible of the way to support our customers according to their needs
  • Working closely with other teams and assisting each others, proving the better support as a whole company
  • Helping to expand the sales opportunities, as having in-depth products knowledge, assisting the sales process if necessary

The Successful Applicant

  • Practical experience in system administrator
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
  • Familiarity with OEM would be considered as a plus
  • Experience with OCR and RPA software would be considered as a plus
  • Fluent level of Japanese and conversational level of English
