- The company products are used in a wide range of markets and applications for vertical transportation and temporary storage.
- Their business are growing in Japan rapidly.
- Technical support to Clients who already purchased our products.
- Co-operate with Global team to support all inquiry from our clients including quality issues.
- Manage the technical team and report to APAC team.
- Negotiate with clients for the contract.
- Troubleshooting by phone or visit them if necessary.
- Engineering background
- Have experiences as technical support to client
- Speak Fluent Japanese and Business level of English
- People management skills
- Knowledge of Machinery and heavy equipment
- Good knowledge of Robotics system OR Conveyor line
