Job Description



  • Technical Support & Expertise:
    • Provide pre-sales technical support to automotive manufacturers and partners, including product demonstrations, system design consultations, and technical presentations.
    • Collaborate with the engineering team to customize audio solutions based on client requirements and vehicle specifications.


  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and other key stakeholders to drive sales opportunities and expand market share.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation, proposal preparation, and contract negotiation.


  • Client Engagement:
    • Act as the primary technical liaison to clients, addressing technical inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, assess their needs, and identify areas for improvement.


  • Market & Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in automotive audio systems.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and customer preferences to help guide product innovation.


  • Project Management:
    • Support the project management team in coordinating product installation, integration, and testing activities to ensure successful project delivery.
    • Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure that technical specifications and customer requirements are met



The Successful Applicant



  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Audio Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role within the automotive or audio industry.


  • Skills:
    • Strong technical knowledge of automotive audio systems and related technologies.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of successful sales and business development in a B2B environment.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


  • Language Requirements:
    • Fluent in Japanese (native or business level) and English (professional working proficiency) to effectively communicate with local and international clients.


  • Additional Requirements:
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
