職務内容

As a member of the EPC Origination team, you will focus on securing new grid-connected energy storage (BESS) and solar EPC projects. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and executing business development strategies to win EPC contracts.
  • Leading the end-to-end commercial process: proposal creation, pricing, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Acting as the bridge between internal technical teams (cost estimation, engineering, procurement, and construction) and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting to senior management on pipeline development and project updates.
  • Navigating and resolving project-specific challenges with clients and internal teams.

理想の人材

A successful Technical Sales professional for EPC projects should have:

  • Experience in sales or business development in EPC, plant, or electrical equipment manufacturing.
  • Background in renewable energy or the power/energy industry.
  • Business-level English and Japanese
  • Knowledge of electrical equipment fundamentals and familiarity with international contract negotiations.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills with a proactive, agile mindset.
  • Preferred: Experience with BESS or solar EPC projects, and/or project management in infrastructure.
