- Their products are well-known in the market.
- Plan business direction and targets : Propose long term business plan, sale forecast and the plan of budget management.
- Implement necessary activities with punctual reports to Business Line managers.
- Lead distributors in initiating feasibility study of key application area and create monthly meeting with them.
- Identify ideas for new applications and products.
- Great experiences in thermoplastic industry, resin or compounding manufacture related companies.
- Business level of English and Fluent in Japanese.
- Proven track record with a supervisory skills in sale, marketing and/or Technical
- Good team player and sociable and out-going individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
