This role supports the growth of the ICP-MS business by providing technical expertise and training to internal engineering teams. You will play a key role in product support strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and technical escalation handling.

About Our Client

  • A world-leading manufacturer of bioanalytical instruments.
  • Provides a wide range of analytical instruments (e.g. ICP-MS, HPLC) and other solutions to various industries, primarily pharmaceuticals, as well as environmental analysis, semi-conductor, food and forensic science.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support to field and remote engineers
  • Collaborate with global teams and develop technical support strategies for new and existing products
  • Prepare training materials and conduct internal product training
  • Liaise with sales, marketing, pre-sales, and QA to foster product improvement



The Successful Applicant

  • Technical experience related to ICP-MS (e.g. FSE/ Service, QA/ QC, R&D)
  • Or experience as a user of ICP-MS (e.g. as a researcher/ technician)
  • Business level in Japanese and in English
