Job Description

  • Provide Level 2 technical suport timely and accurate post-sales assistance through email and phone
  • Help Level 1 support representatives and give second level support
  • Collaborate with sales engineer, product engineering, product mangement team, and account sales team to resolve customer issues

The Successful Applicant

Be knowledgeable in any of the three areas

  • Enterprise Printer Technologies Enterprise Thermal and Direct Thermal printer knowledge
  • Mobile Computing technologies: IOS, Windows 10, Operating System, mobile devices, mobile device configuration, Bluetooth, WIFI, GPS technologies
  • Barcode/RFID Scanning Technologies: RS-232, keyboard Wedge, Wand Emulation, 1D/2D Laser and imaging

Speaking and writing skills in English and Japanese
