Job Description



- Lead the implementation of PLM systems and support system development, training and stabilisation.
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective communication and solution delivery.
- Provide professional services for infrastructure support, including IoT/AR solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams, leveraging strong technical and communication skills to drive successful project outcomes.

- PLMシステムの導入をリードし、システムの開発、トレーニング、定着化を支援する。
- クライアントとの信頼関係を構築し、効果的なコミュニケーションとソリューション提供を通じて、長期的な関係を維持する。
- IoT/ARソリューションなどのインフラ支援のプロフェッショナルサービスを提供する。
- 技術力とコミュニケーション能力を活かし、チーム内およびクライアントと協力してプロジェクトの成功に導く。

The Successful Applicant

[Junior level]
- Basic knowledge of web and database applications.
- Experience with SQL and/or Java and/or Oracle.
- Fluent in Japanese
- Ability to read and write in English

- Webアプリケーションおよびデータベースアプリケーションに関する基本的な知識。
- Java、SQL、Oracleの経験。
- 流暢な日本語力
- 読み書きレベル英語力[Mid~Senior level]

- Experience and knowledge in PLM technology, Java, SQL programming, and system design.
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry technologies such as PDM, CAD, and engineering chain-related products.
- Fluent in Japanese
- Ability to read and write in English

- PLMテクノロジー、Java、JavaScript、SQLプログラミング、システム設計の経験。
- 製造業関連技術（PDM、CAD、エンジニアリングチェーン製品）に関する知識。
- 流暢な日本語力
- 読み書きレベル英語力
