Job Description
- Provide technical support for bio analytic products and applications.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Update and maintain CRM database.
- Respond to problems and complaints, offer solutions and investigate.
- Work closely with Field Application Scientist team, sales team and service team.
- Update and maintain technical support section of company website, publish related media.
The Successful Applicant
- Master of Science or PhD in biotechnology, biochemistry, or similar Life Sciences.
- Familiar with imaging, flow cytometry, kinetics, quantitation assay development.
- Native level Japanese
- Conversational English
