Job Description

Manage full life-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of high priority technical roles

Partner with hiring managers and hiring teams to understand their business and hiring needs

Drive the hiring process by managing various internal stakeholders and candidates

Source potential candidates through direct channels and build relationships with top-class talent in the marketplace

Work closely with external partners including agencies to source talent

Plan and manage job advertising or other channels

Track and analyse KPIs for recruiting and provide relevant updates to hiring managers and teams

The Successful Applicant

Three years of recruiting experience either in a recruiting / search firm or a corporate environment

The ability to deliver consistent results across hiring projects in a fast-paced, evolving work environment

The ability to build productive partnerships with internal stakeholders and external business partners

Upper business level English

Experience in recruiting engineers and candidates in the technology industry

The ability to run and drive direct sourcing initiatives

The ability to both work autonomously and ask for help when you need it

Conversational level Japanese
