Job Description

The position involves monitoring live streams and pre-uploaded videos (in English and Japanese) to ensure compliance with established regulations. As a Team Lead, you will also be in charge of checking the quality of team members performance.

  • Monitor live feeds for potential rule violations.
  • Ensure audio content follows regulatory guidelines.
  • Check for restricted words and inappropriate content.
  • Check quality of Team's performance

The Successful Applicant

The Team is looking for candidates who are ready to start working soon, who have a good cultural knowledge of Japan, and with the following main qualifications:

  • Good level of English language
  • Fluent level of Japanese (fluent N1 and up)
  • Willing to work weekend shift
  • Strong emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
  • Capacity to supervise Team performance quality
