職務内容

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
  • Oversee the design and execution of leadership development programs, succession planning, and high-potential employee initiatives.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to assess talent needs and identify skills gaps across various functions.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and inform decision-making.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, including career development frameworks and mentorship programs.
  • Design and facilitate training workshops and seminars to cultivate a growth mindset among employees.
  • Partner with senior leadership to build a diverse and inclusive workforce, ensuring equitable access to development opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management, and incorporate relevant insights into programs and processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior talent management team members to foster professional development.



理想の人材

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or a related field, preferably within a global retail environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies and programs.
  • Strong understanding of leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement principles.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and talent management systems.
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and their application in talent management.
