About Our Client
One of the world's leading insurance company with thousands of employees in Japan.
Understand recruiting demand and skills profiles within area of responsibility. Responsible medium sized recruiting or large recruiting pipeline. Meeting recruiting targets and providing regular status reports. Screen applications and select candidates at senior levels.
Conduct interviews. Plan and implement recruiting events and sourcing activities
Provide external marketplace information to Recruiting Leadership Update and utilize recruiting databases and tools
Participate in projects and or initiatives within or outside the teams.
Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure
The Successful Applicant
- Business level English and Japanese
- 3 years of experience in recruitment in a professional environment
