  • Develop, support, and performance manage Talent Acquisition team

  • Drive efficiency of hiring processes

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business goals and talent needs
  • Understand talent market and maintain strong talent network
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Promote the firm's vision, mission and objectives

  • Experience creating talent acquisition strategies
