Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles within the company.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract and engage top talent.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment databases.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in Japan.
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
  • Experience working in a tech company or recruiting for tech-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of the Japanese labor market and employment practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
