職務内容

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-tier professionals
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and partnerships with educational institutions, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, interviews, and reference checks, to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and participate in panel interviews with relevant stakeholders to assess candidate suitability.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions and anticipate future hiring needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, and industry professionals to facilitate candidate sourcing.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment in Japan.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring activities to management.



理想の人材

  • Fluent in Japanese and business level English.
  • Full-cycle in-house recruitment in Japan (agency, in-house)
  • Strong understanding of the local labor market and recruitment practices in Japan.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting high-quality professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
