職務内容
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with key people in making sure that the hiring strategies of the company are in line with policies
- Ensure that the talent needs of each department is assessed properly and fulfilled in a timely manner
- Utilize resources to attract talented individuals to join the organization
- Assess the skills, experience and culture fit of potential employees
- Lead initiatives and projects in the team assigned to ensure best practices in hiring
- Provide a good experience to all potential employees from the recruitment until the offer stage
理想の人材
The candidate should posses the following:
- Fluency in Japanese, business level in English
- Strong communication skills - be able to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- At least 2 years of full cycle in-house, agency or RPO recruitment experience
- Detail oriented and quick to adapt in a fast paced-environment
- Can think outside of the box in solving problems
