Job Description

  • Lead mid-career and new graduate recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top talent.
  • Oversee talent management, including workforce planning, employee transfers, promotions, and performance evaluations.
  • Address labor and employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors, such as law firms and labor consultants, to ensure compliance and effective HR practices.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR-related matters across the organization.



The Successful Applicant

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of practical experience in multiple HR areas, especially recruitment and talent management.
  • Strong logical problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills for aligning direction and implementing solutions.
  • Proven track record of leading HR projects successfully.
  • A proactive approach to managing complex HR tasks with attention to detail.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business-level proficiency in English.
