About Our Client

The client is a multinational insurance company building their presence in Japan.

Job Description

  • Working closely with hiring managers for recruitment activities from planning to on-boarding
  • Creating a strong candidate pipeline for the company's short to long term plans
  • Share market updates to hiring managers and team
  • Help execute and analyze recruitment plan for Japan
  • Internal and external stakeholder management



The Successful Applicant

  • At least 4 years of full cycle recruitment experience in various roles and levels (open to agency recruiters!)
  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Strong network of talented potential candidates
  • Can do attitude - and ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to say NO and provide advice when needed
