Job Description

  • Develop and document system architectures and designs that meet business requirements.
  • Install, configure, and deploy hardware and software systems.
  • Monitor system performance and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on projects and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Hands on experience on enterprise tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace.
  • Experience with Ansible, GitHub or any automation/configuration/release management tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to group projects.
