Job Description

  • Various administration/operation tasks on Windows Servers.
  • Continuously monitor the stability and effectiveness of the IT server infrastructure and analyse results to plan improvement and enhancement.
  • Adequate reporting and escalation to manager
  • Create and maintain comprehensive System documentation, including diagrams, standards and procedures
  • As a level 2 support, handle technical escalation issues from users or other teams.
  • Adequate reporting and escalation to managers

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience/knowledge of AWS, Citrix, Active Directory
  • Microsoft certificates are strong assets
  • Solid planning, organizing, decision-making and problem solving skills with the ability to adapt a variety of situations
  • Broad understanding of IT infrastructure
  • Excellent communication skills with good written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English
  • Experience of working in a multinational and fast-paced environment
