Our Client is looking for an Education Specialist to join their cyber security training team. Working within a global team, the Education Specialist is a customer focused role that leverages a combination of Educational, Technical and Cyber Security skills to develop and deliver the best learning experience and maximize customer value.
- Provide Customers with Technical Support
- Customer Facing
- Communications with Customers through raised tickets in the Customer Portal
- Fresh Graduate welcome
- Good Science / Engineering Degree
- Prior Experience in Linux would be an advantage
- Networking Experience is good to have
- Prior Experience in performing IT support would be beneficial
- Permanent employee.
- Regular working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break) - overtime upon discretionary scheme.
- Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays.
