About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing medical device company focused on delivering high-quality products to healthcare institutions. They emphasize innovation and excellence in their supply chain operations.

Job Description

  • Create and manage inventory and replenishment plans.
  • Coordinate data updates, purchase orders, and overseas shipments.
  • Work with the logistics team for inbound operations, including customs clearance.
  • Adjust plans with production sites and global operations as needed.
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy and inventory levels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and overseas stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the APAC supply chain management team



The Successful Applicant

  • University degree, fluent in English (written and verbal) and Japanese
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
  • Minimum 5 years of business experience, with at least 3 years in supply chain management.
  • Team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
