Our client is a multinational food service company. The company offers logistics, warehousing, and supply chain consultancy services to the food service industry. The Japan office has approximately 400 employees and the Planning team consists of 80 people. Through a supportive employee development system, our client supports employees' development by providing opportunities to transfer to internal teams, aim for management positions, and lead global scale projects.
職務内容
- Create supply plan and analyze inventory according to demand planning
- Check and confirm orders; plan production schedule with external suppliers
- Control order process and lead time with suppliers
- Handle importing process with overseas suppliers
- Monthly analysis of inventory and allocation of inventory to warehouses
- Manage a team of staff
理想の人材
- Over 5 years of inventory management and / or procurement experience
- People management experience
- Problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Fluent Japanese skills and business level English skills
- Must be a resident of Japan or must hold a vaild working visa for Japan
