Job Description

  • Manage business operations by aligning commercial and medical activities with the franchise's portfolio strategy.
  • Lead the creation of resource and training plans in collaboration with various departments.
  • Identify and propose solutions to operational issues across sales, medical, and solutions teams.
  • Conduct monthly performance analyses and lead regular business reviews.
  • Drive cross-functional projects, including AI and digital initiatives, ensuring alignment across the franchise.
  • Consolidate information for budgeting and business planning processes to support leadership.
  • Lead change management efforts by gathering feedback and fostering engagement within the franchise.

The Successful Applicant

  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in business operations, project management, and strategic planning. You should be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry or a related field is highly desirable.
