  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to boost company sales and profitability
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
  • Regularly review market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
  • Lead sales presentations and negotiations
  • Manage budgets and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

理想の人材

A successful Customer Business Development Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in FMCG sales and business development
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Ability to travel as needed
