Job Description

  • Lead Day-to-Day Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for named data center accounts, managing interactions and business development.
  • Drive Business Growth: Proactively manage and develop business opportunities, handle pipeline and forecasting, and lead responses to Request for Proposal (RFPs)and related matters (RFTs, RFIs).
  • Resolve Issues and Escalate: Act as the escalation point for customer issues, assist regional teams, and ensure seamless coordination with internal teams for optimal customer experience.
  • Ensure Quality Management: Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems, support continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with QMS requirements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Experience: A degree in a technical or business field, or 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years managing regional accounts.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in forecast and pipeline management, experience with RFP/RFT processes, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead and engage effectively with C-level executives, demonstrating strong organization and resilience under pressure.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
