Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to advise on employee engagement, inclusion, and performance management within a regulated healthcare environment
  • Support employee relations matters, collaborating with regional specialists and centres of expertise as needed
  • Lead workforce planning activities including growth initiatives, organisational change, and restructuring
  • Build and strengthen manager capability in talent management, succession planning, and employee development
  • Leverage engagement surveys and workforce data to diagnose issues and implement business‑aligned HR solutions



The Successful Applicant

  • Solid experience as an HR Business Partner within multinational or matrix organisations
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, workforce planning, and change management
  • Ability to coach and influence leaders at manager and senior levels
  • Comfortable working in a regional APAC context with cross‑border stakeholders
  • Business‑level English; Japanese fluency required for local stakeholder engagement
